Polyfunkční dům

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektu polyfunkčního domu pro provádění stavby. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní objekt, kde v prvním podlaží se nachází prodejna zboží a ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází kanceláře. Konstrukční systém je navržen z železobetonového prefabrikovaného skeletu. Součástí projektu je také tepelně technické posouzení konstrukcí obálky budovy a energetický štítek obálky budovy.

The topic of this thesis is to develop a project for the implementation of a multifunctional building construction. This is a two-storey building where the first floor is a store of goods and the second floor is for the offices. The structural system is made of precast reinforced concrete skeleton. The project also includes technical assessment of the thermal structure of the building envelope and label the envelope of the building.
