Abstract

This thesis addresses the issue of the traffic flow in the city of Prague for mobile fire equipment with a particular focus on the old town and the estate. Describes methods for improvement based on intelligent traffic flow intersections and requesting preference. Evaluates options to track objects and vehicles and accuracy of these methods. Based on the assessment of different methods provides a way for recording places difficult to drive through, which would serve as an information support for the Regional Operational and Information Centre and firefighters helping the commander to determine the best route.
