Title of thesis: Analysis of Payment Condition Focusing on Typical Payment Means in International Business Name of student: Silvia Kačmárová

The goal of the submitted thesis is to analyse payment condition and focus on typical payment means in international business. Thesis consists of five chapters, includes seven schemes and two figures. First chapter presents the introduction to topic. The second chapter meets the goal of thesis firstly by description of payment condition followed by delivery condition. This part describes also purpose, legal regulation and essentials. The next part desribes total overview of most typical payment means in international system of payments,characteristics of their legal regulation and method of implementation, which is shown in scheme. In the chapter four, every single payment mean is compared according to chosen criteria using comparison method and ranked in figure from the most profitable till the least profitable one. At the same time, payment means evaluated according to their applicability in second figure. The closing chapter describes structure of this thesis and purpose of the topic.
