Abstract

CHLEBOVÁ, Michaela. Materská škôlka v Havířově. Ostrava, 2023. Diplomová práca, VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra prostředí staveb a TZB. Predmetom diplomovej práce je projekt pre vykonávanie stavby, ktorý obsahuje stavebno-konštrukčné riešenie objektu materskej škôlky s dvomi nadzemnými podlažiami s návrhom zdravotne-technických inštalácii. Súčasťou riešenia je návrh vnútornej kanalizácie, vnútorného vodovodu s dôrazom na ohrev teplej vody pomocou OZE a návrh využitia dažďovej vody. Technická správa je rozdelená na dve hlavné časti. Prvá časť obsahuje riešenie projektovej dokumentácie. Druhá časť rieši zdravotne-technické inštalácie. Súčasťou diplomovej práce je tepelno-technické vyhodnotenie objektu, návrh kanalizačnej a vodovodnej prípojky, výpočet bilancie splaškových a dažďových vôd, potreba pitnej vody, dimenzovanie rozvodov, návrh spôsobu ohrevu teplej vody a výpočet energetického štítku obálky budovy. Diplomová je zložená z textovej časti, výkresovej časti a príloh. Projektová dokumentácia je vypracovaná podľa platných noriem a vyhlášok.

The subject of the diploma thesis is project dealing with the construction, which includes the building and construction solution of a kindergarten building with two above-ground floors with the design of equipment for sanitary installation. Part of the solution is the design of an internal sewage system, an internal water supply system with an emphasis on heating hot water using OZE and a design for the use of rainwater. The technical report is divided into two main parts. The first part contains the project documentation solution. The second part deals with sanitary installations. The diploma thesis is a thermal and technical evaluation of the building, design of sewage and water connection, calculation of the balance of sewage and rainwater, the need for drinking water, dimensioning of distribution systems, design of the hot water heating method and calculation of the energy shield of the building envelope. The diploma thesis consists of text, technical drawings and attachments. Project documentation is prepared according to applicable standards and decrees.
