Abstract

Bachelor thesis analyzes the problems of warehouse operations and inventory management of VZM, Ltd company. The theoretical part introduces the individual concepts of sections of supply. It analyzes the concepts of supply, inventory management and warehousing. The practical part of the thesis is representing a company engaged in the manufacture of medical equipment. Assesses the current state of inventory management, and proposes improvements. It also focuses and evaluates the continuity of supplies for funds.
