Možnost realizace geotermálních vrtů soupravou Bentec 450

Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to explain a geothermal energy on an example of a high temperature source and the way we can get to Earth’s heat. The oil industry has helped the research through its knowledge of drilling and technologies. For the work I chose the drilling rig Bentec 450, which is used for geothermal wells. The drilling rig is build according to European union standarts and it is used abroad, especially in Western Europe. The creation of a geothermal power-station from a high temperature source is a trend which is trying to overcome a traditional fossil-fueled power-stations. The Soultz project in France helped develop this alternative source of energy.
