Finanční analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Finanční analýza je soubor metod užívaných k hodnocení finančního zdraví vybrané společnosti. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu a její metody a je rozdělena na dvě části – první se zabývá teoretickými východisky (popisem jednotlivých metod a závěrů, ke kterým můžeme v průběhu analýzy dojít) ve druhé jsou tyto postupy aplikovány a je provedena finanční analýza konkrétní vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení zdraví podniku AGRIMEX Brumovice, s.r.o. za posledních pět let fungování, čili období 2008 - 2012. Součástí práce je charakteristika podniku a vlastní doporučení managementu ohledně zlepšení finanční situace podniku.

Financial analysis of a selected company is a method used for an assessment of a company´s financial health. This bachelor thesis is focused on a financial analysis and methods which are usually used in the process of analyzing. The thesis is divided into two parts – the first one contains theoretical guidelines describing main steps of each method with possible conclusions, based on results achieved during the analysing process. The second practical part includes a financial analysis of a selected company and the methods described in the part before are applied. The main aim of this thesis is financial analysis of the company AGRIMEX Brumovice, s.r.o., particularly evaluating its business activities during the last five years - 2008 to 2012. A Part of the thesis is a description of business activities in the company and the author´s suggestions for improving the finance situation of the company.
