Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the electron microscopes at range from history types to present the most modern devices. It investigates the physical principle, individual components of their composition and their utilization at all electron microscopes types. The specific properties, parameters, benefits and drawbacks are described. The reconnaissance of inland and foreign manufacturers and their electron microscope profiles are mentioned. Basic parameters comparison the modern scan and transmission microscopes are executed. The bachelor thesis includes state treatise of significant installations and applications electron microscopes in Czech Republic including institutes and using purposes.
