Měření výkonnostních parametrů multimediálních služeb na hybridní přístupové síti xPON/xDSL

Abstract

This master's thesis deals with the problematics of hybrid xPON/xDSL networks. Mainly with performance testing and deployment of Triple Play services. The theoretical part first describes optical passive networks. Next part focuses on DSL technology. The theoretical past is closed by the description of Triple Play services. Practical part consists of building experimental network and of series of tests measured. The integrity of the network is tested by RFC 2544 and ITU-T Y.1564 tests. Measurement of multimedia services came next. Finally all of the tests were evaluated.
