Optimalizace projektového řízení vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Thesis deals with a project management optimization of the selected company. In the first part the issues of project management are introduced. Afterwards the state of the art of project management is described and analyzed. Next chapter is focused on concrete concepts of project management optimization and implementation of these concepts in selected segments of optimized process. Software resources in the company are very limited. The result of this thesis is the concept of new business processes structure and recommendation of using another special software. In the conclusion we summarize all findings and present concepts of the further solutions.
