Abstract

V současné době se jako perspektivní typ podnikání rozvíjí tzv. „Leaderless organizations“, nebo-li firmy bez jednoznačné hierarchie vedení, které nabízejí otevřený obchodní model. Pro tyto firmy je velice důležitý výběr informačního sytému, který bude splňovat požadavky nejen interní ale také požadavky zákazníků a obchodních partnerů. V této práci se zabývám firmou, která nabízí zprostředkovatelské služby a využívá internet pro nabídku svých služeb. Výběr informačního systému a technologií, které se budou budou schopny přizpůsobit aktuálním a budoucím nárokům, je primárním úkolem. Výsledkem je aplikace, kterou může využít podnikatel zabývající se stravováním nebo souvisejícími službami.

Currently, a promising type of business develops so-called „Leaderless Organizations“. Thus the company without a clear hierarchy of leadership, offering an open business model. For these firms is very important to choose an information system which will meet not only internal but also the demands of customers and business partners. This labor deals with the firm that offers brokerage services and uses the Internet to offer their services. Selecting an information system and technology witch is able to adapt to current and future claims, is the primary task. The result is applications that can benefit from an entrepreneur dealing with food or related services.
