Abstract

Essay brings search of domestic and foreign scientific literature that relates to the treated subject, along with detailed insight into the most important issues associated with the development of environmental and biological risks in composting various kinds of biodegradable waste, especially in connection with the transfer biopatogenů through dipterous insects (Diptera). This work brings characteristic of the insect order, as well as a description of the most common families and species, including their way of life. The text also addresses the methodology for detecting insects and procedures used in his capture, as well as technical aids used by the collection of entomological specimens. In the last chapter of the thesis describes not only practical research activities of the author, in which he was captured insects in different ways in the industrial and domestic composting kompostovišti but also implemented them in the evaluation of this monitoring using a mathematical calculation. The conclusion is given insight into the possibilities of composting sanitation facilities.
