Abstract

This bachelor examination is focused on the human potential development in the frame of organizational culture of the Municipal police in Havířov. The target of this examination was to discover if this instrument of human resources management has an influence on human potential development. Than to consider if the employees of the Municipal police in Havířov has realized the strenght of this potencial influence. The method which was used to consider the influence of organizational culture on human potential development was questioning the employees. It was discoverd from the outcomes of the research, that Municipal police in Havířov has an adequate setup of human potential to manage present tasks. The suggestions which can help to manage development of the human potential also for the future were estabilished on discovering the reserves which the organization has in this area. It is important to keep the development of human potential in order to ensure the success of the organization.
