Abstract
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the process of incorporation of a limited liability company. The goal is to present the process of creation of a business plan for the company FactoryCare, s. r. o. which aims to manufacture nutritional supplements for healthy skin. The description of individual steps within the business plan specifies entrepreneurial intentions and clarifies company‘s future direction and goals A three-year financial plan is included to assess the feasibility of the project, the sales volume, costs and the return on initial investment.
