Abstract

This graduation thesis is aimed at analysis of students’ decision making in the job career. The object of the measurement are students of Faculty of Economics of VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse students' behaviour during decision making within their job career. Thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter contains an introduction. The second chapter is devoted to characteristic of job market for graduates and characteristic of VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava. In third chapter are described theoretical solutions of the customer behaviour. It fourth chapter is parsed the methodology of research. In next chapter is carried the analysis of the research out. In sixth chapter are proposals and recommendations and the last chapter is the finish.
