Abstract
This work is focused on performance management and maintenance of organizational adaptability in GE Money Bank as. The theoretical part of my thesis describes a strategy for managing human resources strategy, recruitment and selection of employees in the organization, their development and remuneration. At the same time is devoted to performance management of employees to increase efficiency and adaptability of organizations. The aim of the practical part of this study was to analyze the management approach to developing the adaptability of the organization. Here I've identified the problem areas in various parts of the strategy, human resources management company and proposed recommendations for improving employee performance and development leading to further maintain the adaptability of the organization.
