Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare project documentation for the construction of a family house. The documentation for the implementation of the construction is prepared in accordance with the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll.

The proposal for the creation of the bachelor thesis is an architectural study, originally dealt with in the course Atelier Design I. The study was further developed into project documentation for building permits under the supervision of the thesis supervisor, Mr. Ing. arch. Filip Slivka, Ph.D. and technically under the supervision of Ing. Nikola Vavřínová, Ph.D.

This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The project documentation, prepared according to the scope of the assignment and in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., includes a technical report and a drawing part. This bachelor thesis includes the specialization Architecture, in which the use of the gable wall is addressed in detail.

The house is designed as two two-storey buildings for a family of four climbers. Both buildings are symmetrical with a gable roof and a common wall. The first building serves as the family house, while the second building houses the garage and the climbing wall.
