Abstract

The diploma thesis solves design of residential house in the city of Třebíč while respecting main changes in sociologic structure of present day society. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. At the first in the theoretical part is the assigned issue analysed from the sociology aspect; this analyse is focused on changes of evolving family and household structure. Then the exceptional potential of the city is described. Based on the theoretical part project study of the building is carried out. Aim of the design is to satisfy different social classes’ demands.
