Abstract

Subject of this thesis is the process of the recruitment and selection of employees and its analysis in concrete company. The theoretical part characterizes the human recourses, recruitment of employees, employee selection and mutual coherence between them more closely. The practical part is intented on the process of recruitment and selection. The characteristic of the company Ladislav Jaroš - JARMONT and analysis of the process of filling jobs is its content. In the result recommendations are appointed for alternatives that are possible to improve this process.
