Abstract

Paper deals with the management of business processes through workflow systems. Portrays the relationship between process management and workflow system implementation, evaluate the benefits and possible risks associated with this implementation. Describes a method to analyze business processes and procedures for implementation of the new product. The conclusion is devoted to a specific product workflow with graphical representations.
