Bachelor thesis takes the reader through the measurement of surfaces and spaces and its implications for determining the value of the property. Thesis is mainly theoretical analysis of current methods of measuring surfaces in buildings, not only methods of valid and used in the Czech Republic, but also the methods that are used around the world. Description of the methods has been developed in the context of the lifecycle of real property. Part of my work is also part of the application for specific selected to be a specific verification of the general facts.
