Abstract
This bachelor's thesis measures customer satisfaction with online food delivery services. The aim of the thesis was to measure overall customer satisfaction and to find out which of the selected companies reflects the highest customer satisfaction. The thesis further examines the factors that contribute most to overall satisfaction and statistically confirms their influence. A quantitative method was chosen and the survey was conducted using the CAWI method. The collected data was analyzed using statistical methods and presented in graphical and tabular form. The thesis is divided into six parts, including theoretical background, market characteristics, data collection methodology, data analysis and interpretation, suggestions and recommendations, and conclusion. The research is relevant to the field of food service and the digital economy and can serve as a valuable resource for businesses engaged in online food ordering.
