Ekonomické posouzení vybrané investice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of an investment in the form of photovoltaic panels with battery storage. The aim of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the profitability of electricity generation through photovoltaic panels on a selected family house. Within the methodological part of the thesis, the theory and the importance of investment decision-making is described, and the selected investment is presented and characterised. The baseline and motive for the investment are further described, and the principle of photovoltaic systems is generally characterised. At the end of the methodological part of the thesis, the input data for the application part of the thesis is given. Investment decision-making methods are applied in the application part of the thesis. For comparison purposes, two variants of the investment project are constructed, differing in the way of financing. The planned generation and consumption of electricity, the projected inflows and expenditures of the investment are calculated. Based on these calculations, an evaluation of both investment project options, including a sensitivity analysis of selected risk factors of the investment is made.
