Startovní byty pro mladé v Novém Jičíně

Abstract

This document contains a project documentation for a civil building called ‘Startovni Byty pro Mlade’ in Novy Jicin. This document compiles a building construction documentation. There are 50 pages in total divided into two sections. The first section includes an accompanying document of the proposed building and technical analysis, heat engineering and a heat test documents, and a building health and safety documents. The project documentation detailed in the graphic section includes the following: layout and floor plans, detailed side elevation plans, details of ceiling and a truss structure. List of architecture elements and construction details are also included. This document is handed over altogether with construction study documents, architecture scheme drawings, facade and exterior coloured plans and visualizations. The main aim of this proposal is to provide a civic building for youngsters who are ready to conform the floor area but require a higher living comfort.
