Analýza zásob

Abstract

Cieľom bakalárskej práce „Analýza zásob“ je zhodnotenie zásob a systému riadenia zásob v konkrétnej firme. V teoretickej časti práce sú opísané základné teoretické poznatky súvisiace s danou témou. V ďalšej časti sa opíše vybraný podnik a základné údaje o situácii podniku. V praktickej časti sa zhodnotí nákupný proces spoločnosti a vykonajú sa analýzy zásob. Zámerom tejto bakalárskej práce je na základe výsledkov vykonaných analýz zhodnotiť súčasnú situáciu vo firme a v prípade nedostatkov navrhnúť možnosti zlepšenia.

The goal of the bachelor work named “Analysis of Inventory” is evaluation of the inventory and the system of the inventory management in concrete company. In the theoretic part of the bachelor work are described basic theoretic knowledge related with this theme. In the next part of the work is described concrete company and basic information about the situation of the company. In the practical part is evaluation of purchasing process in company and analysis of inventory are made. The intention of this bachelor work is in pursuance of the results of the made analysis to evaluate present situation in the company and in case of deficiencies to suggest options of improvement.
