Abstract

This work focuses on comparing current solutions for tracking and identifying cells in microscopic sequential images. The goal is to provide an overview of the current state of technologies, select right tools for cell identification and tracking, and perform experiments on real data sets that test the quality of the selected software. Furthermore, the work will show the impact of different approaches on the final result.
