Územní studie lokality „Černá za Bory“ v Pardubicích

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to outline appropriate land use in the area located in Černá za Bory in Pardubice. On the basis of available information the subdivision of the area is designed. The individual living in family houses is proposed, including the design of infrastructure and transport solution. In the introduction the analysis and description of current state of the area is done. Next part focuses on two versions of the subdivision. Subsequently one version is finalized as urban study. The urban study comprises subdivision, placement of family houses, traffic and infrastructure solution and public space layout. Finally the design of family house is attached including its costing.
