Abstract
The aim of this study was to compile a business plan for the operation of assistance service in the car service. Intention was analyzed using the methods of questioning, SWOT analysis, and drafting a profit and loss account . Finally, work and reflect upon all the achievements on which was issued a recommendation entrepreneurs.
