Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on a competitive analysis of the industrial valves producer. I aim to identify the firms key competitors in the Czech Republic, their aims, strategies, strengths and weaknesses, competitive advantages and the influence of foreign valve suppliers in the Czech market. The theoretical part focuses on characteristics of this sector - the history, structure of property, main activities, program of production and SWOT analysis of this company. There are theoretical studies defining competition, structure and analysis. The competitive analysis is derived from the secondary and primary data (gained from questionnaire surveys of the Companies customers and employees) with the results forming the basis for a list of proposals and recommendations to compete effectively with their competitors..
