Abstract

This bachelor thesis solves design documentation for construction of apartment building in Ostrava Atlas. Part of this work is the solution of the technical assessment of selected thermal structure and technological process of arranging ground works.

Thermal assessment aims on the assessment of structure that separates the interior of the apartment building from the exterior, there is also dealt with issues of structural detail for thermal technology.

Technological process is focused on the implementation modalities of ground works. Also solves the design of machines for mining, transport and time line arranging ground works. The apartment house has a rectangular floor plan. The roof is flat with single casing. The supporting system is walled with bricks Porotherm. Apartment house is fully cellared.
