Abstract

This bachelor's thesis is theoretically focused on the entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. The practical part addresses the process of establishing a fictitious limited liability company, including the development of a business plan. The main goal of this thesis is to theoretically analyze the issues of entrepreneurship among small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic, and in the practical part, to describe the process of establishing a limited liability company and to compile a business plan for the fictitious company PilCar.
