Topografie povrchů a magnetických vlastností nanostruktur studovaných pomocí AFM/MFM

Abstract

Bachelor thesis aims to use a method based on scanning probe microscopy AFM / MFM to study surface structural and magnetic properties of selected materials of different chemical and phase composition including different structure (amorphous, nanocrystaline, crystaline). This is a metod of characterizing the surface using a mechanical probe, which shows the surface topography and changes in the magnetic behavior of microstructural regions with high resolution. Evaluation of the measured values is implemented in order to achieve reproductible results with regard to the properties of the studied materials.
