Návrh projektu výstavby penzionu pro seniory

Abstract

In Bachelor thesis, I focused on creating a proposal for a possible realization construction of home for seniors. The work is divided into three parts. In first part I mention theoretical definition of the main terms associated with the project, project management and methodical basis, where are described methods used in project management. In this part I also described the use of comuputer software to support project in project management. Another part is focused on analyse current situation in Olomouc region and description of organization with survey of interest. In the last section is proceeded design of project, where specific methods are applied, also planning based on opportunities and feasibility studies. Planning was made in software MS Project 2007, where I defined stages , activities and costs for each task. Next step I did Ganttův diagram, where is shown sources, which were used for each task and relations between tasks. Proposal was evaluated by analysis of sources, costs and time-consuming.
