Analýza a zhodnocení politiky zaměstnanosti v okrese Frýdek-Místek

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the tools of active employment policy in the Frýdek-Místek district. The aim of the work is the analysis of the active employment policy and its evaluation in the Frýdek-Místek district. At the same time, based on a questionnaire survey, the awareness of residents in this district about the active employment policy and other services offered by the Employment Office in Frýdek-Místek is evaluated. The work also analyzes individual projects, whose task in the Frýdek-Místek district is to support employment and increase the qualifications of employees or job applicants for better employment on the labor market. In the theoretical part, terms important for the topic of the work are defined. The concept of the labor market, unemployment and its division and consequences are explained, statistical data on the topic of employment in the Czech Republic are also presented in the thesis. Attention is also paid to the definition of employment policy and the Labor Office. Another part of the work is devoted to the legal regulation of employment policy, according to the Employment Act. Part of the work analyzes individual instruments of active policy in the Frýdek-Místek district and statistical data on the topic of employment for this district. The practical part of the work is devoted to a questionnaire survey, which outlined the awareness of active policy tools in the Frýdek-Místek district and other services offered by the Labor Office in Frýdek-Místek.
