Abstract
The thesis deals with the analysis of the employee benefits system in the company AB and their perception by employees. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the effectiveness of this system and to propose recommendations for its further development. In order to achieve the set objectives, quantitative and qualitative research methods were used, namely a questionnaire survey among employees and a semi-structured interview with a member of the HR department. The thesis is based on three research hypotheses focusing on the link between benefits and employee satisfaction, generational differences in benefit preferences and the influence of job classification on benefit use. Based on the data obtained, specific recommendations were proposed, the implementation of which could contribute to the improvement of the current benefits system and to the strengthening of the corporate culture in AB.
