Zefektivnění výstupu vybraných montážních linek brzdových modulů

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to propose streamlining the output of selected brake modules assembly lines based on the requirements of the customer with subsequent economic evaluation. For solution is used the selected tools of lean manufacturing, which are described in a broader context in the theoretical part. The problem points are specified based on the analysis of the current state and propose changes that lead to effectiveness. For comparison, the previous and new situation, is used the method of measuring time work and spaghetti diagram. Created solutions provides big savings in time and therefore shortening of tact time. Economic analysis is carried out by using the tools of investment evaluation. The thesis is developed in the company Brembo Czech s.r.o.
