Abstract

The thesis focuses on analyzing competition in the market of banking products and on comparing these products. The thesis analytical part is based on a marketing survey carried out by the thesis author in order to examine satisfaction of customers with products placed in the market as well as to ascertain customers´ requirements. Using results of this survey, an overall assessment of the situation in given market has been conducted and particular recommendations for future practice of the Česká spořitelna, a.s. bank have been formulated.
