Abstract

The thesis deals with the €L€NA electronic purchase system in the company Dalkia Česká Republika, a.s. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the electronic auctions system in DČR and to assess its efficiency, benefits and influence on competitiveness of this company. . On the basis of the findings acquired by studying professional materials, in the theoretical part of the thesis the readers get acquainted with general meaning of purchase, purchase marketing, purchase department and auctions, including electronic auctions. In the practical part a description and SWOT analysis of the €L€NA electronic purchase system is carried out, including the assessment of its functioning. As a result there are some suggested recommendations which can influence efficiency and competitiveness of using the electronic auctions system.
