Využití Benchmarkingu v soukromém neziskovém sektoru

Abstract

This bachelor work is focused on quality evaluation of three sports organizations in Olomouc region. Rating process is provided by indicators focused on economy, locations and size of each sports organization. Work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part explains basic terms like benchmarking, non-profit organization, civil society organization. In practical part are selected general and specific indicators, which help to evaluate those three sports organizations. In conclusion, recommendations are given to improve their current situation.
