Zhodnocení procesu adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of employees’ adaptation process in a selected company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current employees’ adaptation proces in a selected company and to create suggestions for its improvement. The first part describes the theoretical and methodical basis of employees’ adaptation and selected research methods. In the next part is a description of the selected company, including its human resources department followed by a description and analysis of new employees’ adaptation process in this company. The method used in this thesis is questioning. Three major problems were identified, that are insufficient feedback, lack of final assessment and insufficient specification of the adaptation plan. The last part of this thesis is devoted to suggestions and recommendations that could help to solve these problems.
