Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the logistics management in the company Klein & Blažek, spol. s r.o. The main subject of the thesis is improving efficiency of delivering components to robotic workstations. The thesis is divided into two sections. The first section focuses on theoretical concepts that are related to logistics in production and logistics in general and also includes a description of the company Klein & Blažek, spol. s r.o. The second/practical section focuses on analysing the current state of logistics of delivering to robotic workstations. Based on the analysis changes are proposed to improve efficiency of logistics activities. Furthermore the thesis describes the resulting implications and benefits for the company.
