Návrh víceúčelového objektu na ul. Hladnovské, Slezská Ostrava

Abstract

My bachelor thesis is focused on designing a new solution to new build multifunctional house located on parcels with numbers 397, 656, 401 and 421/32 on the street Hladnovské and on the street Na Druhém, belonging to the cadastral Silesian Ostrava. I propose that the object on the former multifunctional house, which should be soon demolished and removed. The study will address the proposed multipurpose building amenities, each room using the device according to the principles of typology, its relation to surrounding buildings, the solution of the outdoor parking spaces and green undeveloped areas such as recreation and park areas.
