The aim of the thesis " Employee Education and Development Systém in the K-net Technical
International Group s.r.o. Company" Is to analyze the existing system of education of employees in the company and, where appropriate, to address failures to propose suggestions and recommendations for improvement in this area. The first part focuses on the theoretical analysis of business education, the second part is analyzed educational system in this company.
