The thesis focuses on analyzing land use for the installation of alternative energy sources in the Ostrava-Jih municipal district, specifically on the design of photovoltaic panel layouts on the roofs of primary and nursery schools in the cadastral area of Dubina near Ostrava, as well as on residential panel buildings in the Dubina district.
The analysis examines the placement of photovoltaic panels on school roofs with east-west or south-facing orientations, evaluating which option is more efficient while maintaining required spacing distances. For residential panel buildings, the optimal installation method was selected to maximize the use of available roof space.
The study includes calculations of electricity consumption and a financial cost analysis for the construction of photovoltaic power plants. Additionally, an evaluation of the project's economic return was conducted. All relevant standards and spacing requirements according to fire safety regulations were adhered to during the project.
