Aplikace bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

The objective of this Bachelor´s work is to analyze the situation in the BOZP area in a particular company from the perspective of both the employees and the management. The analysis is based on the acquired information from the management, particularly in the form of internal statistical data, and also based on the subjective opinions of a chosen sample of employees that took part in a questionnaire survey. In the theoretical part, the author focuses on listing the basic legislative regulation, the general characteristics of the BOZP area, and specifics of individual types of illness caused by ergonomically unsuitable work. The second part of this work contains the characteristics of the Siemens company, subsidiary plant Elektromotory Frenštát, the organizational structure and the current manufacturing program of the company, which is included as this work attachment. Moreover, this theoretical part comprises the results of mathematical calculations applied to the internal data; the results are also depicted in a form of graphs. In the third part, the author elaborates on her own research that is based on the questionnaire surveys collected from the employees of the two most high-risk company divisions. To conclude, the author compares the facts that emerged from her own research of internal statistics data, as well as from her practical experience. Finally, the author points out the deficiencies discovered during her research and she also offers improvement suggestions, which the corporation might pursue further.
