The Target of this bachelor’s thesis is an Analysis of existing SPC Systém in Therms of the manufacturer for Automotive industry.
First, it is characterized by the parent company Behr and her factory
Behr Ostrava s.r.o., for which this work was created.
In the following Chapter is elaborated the theoretical basis of statistical process control and analysis of the existing statistical process control in the factory.
From this analysis revealed the weaknesses that have been proposed corrective actions.
