Abstract

The thesis deals with marketing analysis of heat energy in towns within Moravia and Silesia. The topic was solved in the company called Dalkia Česká republika a.s. The aim of the thesis was to identify key factors, which influence Dalkia´s business operation and based on these factors to propose some actions, that could lead to improve given business operation. Key factors were determined by business environment analysis. Moreover, analysis of individual potential customers is part of the thesis too. Output of this analysis is the selected group of customers, which the company should focus on keep its present market position also in the future.
