Abstract
The topic of my thesis is to elaborate a strategic analysis of selected company. The main goal was to evaluate situation of the company and its surroundings. The theoretical part deals with individual analyzes, which are used in conditions of the specifically selected company then. Used analyzes are PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, analysis of key factors and financial analysis. Through these analyzes, I´ve gained important insights, which I used to create several suggestions and recommendations then.
