Konkurenceschopnost vybraného podniku a návrh na její optimalizaci

Abstract

This Bachelor’s work analyses competitiveness of company ROBE lighting, s. r. o. and options to improve it. Business, strategy, control, competitiveness and global markets are defined in the theoretical part together with outlines of the various methods of analysis of competitiveness and selected financial indicators. The second part of the work focuses on analysis of current and future market position of the company. Based on the results of the analysis, change of operation and enlargement of production is suggested to achieve greater competitiveness of the company in the current markets.
