Abstract
The Bachelor`s thesis investigates customers` contentment with three restaurant facilities in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. Constituent objective of the dissertation is to compare mutually the achieved results of each restaurant and to determine which of them satisfies the customers` needs best. Firstly, the theoretical part describes restaurant market and three particular facilities. Secondly, it defines the prime terms of the services marketing and customers` contentment. The analysis of it was performed via electronic survey and on its basis there were determined the proposals and recommendations, which could contribute to the increase of the restaurant visitors` contentment.
